Are your roses real?

Yes! Our roses are sourced from top growers in Columbia and Ecuador. They are then picked at their peak and go through a special preservation process enabling them to well and truly outlast the traditional fresh flower bouquet.

How long do they last?

Our roses have gone through a special preservation process enabling them to well and truly outlast the traditional fresh flower bouquet. So long as your blooms are  lovingly cared for and kept out of direct sunlight and excessive humidity they can last up to a year, sometimes even longer!

Do I need to water the roses?

No! Our roses have gone through a process that uses special oils to replace the moisture in the rose petals, stabilising them and allowing them to last without the need for water.

How do I care for them?

All our roses and blooms require little to no care. So long as they are kept indoors, out of direct sunlight and excessive humidity they will last for a long time to come. For more info on how to care, go to the How to care link at the top of the page.

Can I take the roses out of the box?

No please do not attempt to take your roses out of the box. Our rose boxes have been lovingly designed and arranged in our keepsake hat boxes and taking the roses out of the box will damage the blooms and arrangement. 

Do you do custom orders different to the selection on the website?

Yes we are more than happy to design a custom floral arrangement specially for you or your loved one. Any colour, any design, the choice is yours! We can also special order other blooms such as hydrangeas, carnations, chrysanthemums and orchids. Please note lead times will vary for custom arrangements so be sure to give us plenty of notice so we can specially design your arrangement and ensure we have all the blooms needed to create your beautiful flower box.

Do you ship Internationally?

At this point we do not ship outside Australia but check back with us in the future as we are always looking to expand.
